In our office, we represent creditors in execution procedures for the recovery and insurance of their rights. We represent our clients in the procedures for collecting their outstanding debts by placing execution, in the case of a debtor’s appeal, we represent the client in a civil procedure. We actively help our clients in finding the debtor’s assets and, if necessary, bring actions for challenging debtor’s legal actions. At the request of our clients, our lawyers seek to conclude a debt repayment arrangement in order to complete the procedures as soon as possible and without unnecessary legal costs.
Our office also represents debtors and protects their rights in court proceedings in order to protect them against unfounded claims. We also help the debtors to coordinate the arrangement with the creditor for the repayment of debt or suspension of execution.
