ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
Administrative law includes legal regulation in relation to the state and in the relationship between different local communities, as well as other relationships in which the state interferes with its authority, in order to regulate the relations in a certain way. We provide our clients with help and expert advice on how to act in administrative procedures and advise them in administrative procedures. We represent our clients in administrative and inspection procedures, and we manage administrative disputes for them.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DISPUTE
Administrative dispute is an important legal remedy against the final decisions of the administrative bodies. We appeal for our clients for legal remedies (appeal, renewal, annulment, removal under the supervisory right, extraordinary revocation, etc.) before the decisions are final.

- representation of clients in proceedings in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia,
- representation of clients in the process of filing an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
